• You perform final checks on the finished products to ensure the highest quality of the final products
• You contact the end customer in case of deviations
• You coordinate quality reports and corrective actions
• You manage external and internal quality complaints
• You are responsible for the ISO 9001 certification program and associated audits
• You control the maintenance schedules of the machinery
• You are responsible for managing and improving our quality management system, ensuring the implementation of quality procedures

Profile:

• You have a relevant degree or/and have some experience in a similar function
• ISO 9001 holds no secrets for you
• You work proactively, practically and pragmatically to achieve the best possible result

Job description:

• You represent our company for folding boxes and leaflets for the (phyto)pharmaceutical, cosmetic, animal and all round industry
• You will follow up an existing customer portfolio (50% of the customer base is French-speaking).
• You actively seek to build new customer relationships in agreement with management
• You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• You analyse the market and prospect for new customers in order to convince them of the many benefits that a collaboration can bring
• You are aware of current trends within the sector
• Geographical area: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Northern France
• Full-time employment (37 hours)
• Sales must present themselves at the company at the times determined by the employer
• You manage your agenda and maintain daily reporting and registration in our system
• You use the predetermined prices and sales conditions as determined by the employer to calculate your price quotes. Orders only become final after approval by the employer

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar function in the printing industry
• You are a team player, but you can also work independently
• You work proactively, practically and pragmatically to achieve the best possible result
• You are practical, problem-solving and flexible
• You speak and write Dutch, French and English fluently
• You have a commercial attitude and are committed to achieving maximum customer satisfaction
• You have solid experience in the sector and in the SME environment
• You will report directly to management
