Job Description

As a cutter you are responsible for both the precise cutting of printed materials and the logistical aspects in the warehouse.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating cutting machines for printed materials
• Storing and organizing materials in the warehouse
• Preparing cardboard and materials for the printers
• Careful finishing of printed materials in accordance with quality standards

Profile

• Fluent in Dutch
• Experience as a cutter in a printing or graphic environment (required)
• Valid forklift and electric pallet truck certificates
• Accurate, independent, and flexible work style

Job Description

• You represent our company for folding boxes and leaflets for the (phyto)pharmaceutical, cosmetic, animal and all round industry
• You are a true hunter: you actively seek out new customers through targeted prospecting, cold calling, and focused market development, in close collaboration with management.
• You contact prospects daily, schedule appointments, and efficiently convert these into concrete sales opportunities
• You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• You analyse the market and prospect for new customers in order to convince them of the many benefits that a collaboration can bring
• You are aware of current trends within the sector
• Geographical area: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Northern France
• Full-time employment (37 hours)
• Sales must present themselves at the company at the times determined by the employer
• You manage your agenda and maintain daily reporting and registration in our system
• You use the predetermined prices and sales conditions as determined by the employer to calculate your price quotes. Orders only become final after approval by the employer

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar function in the printing industry
• You are a team player, but you can also work independently
• You work proactively, practically and pragmatically to achieve the best possible result
• You are practical, problem-solving and flexible
• You speak and write Dutch, French and English fluently
• You have a commercial attitude and are committed to achieving maximum customer satisfaction
• You have solid experience in the sector and in the SME environment
• You will report directly to management
